The following stories are true accounts of patients I have served at the end of their lives.  I’m sharing them in the hope that the messages or lessons embedded in each may offer some insight, comfort or peace to others facing the end-of-life process.

Names and identifiable, personal details have been changed to ensure anonymity of my patients.
